I cordially welcome you to St. Mary’s Higher Secondary School that inherits a rich legacy in history. I am truly privileged to be a part of this illustrious institution, known for its innovative portal of knowledge and wisdom.
St. Mary’s Higher Secondary School is a Christian Minority School run by the Jesuits, Madurai Province. This school, as a Primary School in 1850, was founded by Rev. Fr. Prospoer Betrant, S.J., with his visionary zeal.
St. Mary’s school provides a unique plateform for our students for a multi-faceted development, where they are formed to be men for and with others. Our main objective, as part of quality Jesuit education, is to provide an integral formation to form compassionate, committed, competent and creative men in service of others. As Jesuit Magis, this is the challenge to strive for excellence.
